Two half-brothers, Nam and Fire, are top racing drivers. In a racing challenge with Japanese driver Kenji, Nam causes a young racing driver to be seriously injured and is depressed. Fire stands up for Nam and decides to compete with Kenji in an illegal street car race. Who will win the race? Can Nam finally bounce back?
